Same Elements but Different Faces

Face is the identity of a person. God has created human beings and provided everyone with eyes, nose, ears and lips. But yet each individual has a unique face. Different from all others!! Amazing…..

Circles and Squares...........

Wheel is considered to be the greatest invention since fire. I agree, but while praising this invention we forget the importance of another thing that is equally important as these wheels/circle and that is a square/box. A square is every where. (Here I do not refer square as a shape with four equal sides but rather a shape with four sides of any length). We cannot consider a comfortable life without the square. We do have so many squares in our lives and I afraid that the no. of squares/boxes exceeds the number of circles in our lives. Let me explain this through examples. We keep our clothes in cupboards i.e. a box. Organized clothes without a square/box are impossible. We sleep on a square/box kind of thing i.e. a bed. The shape that we are looking at most of the time at work and at home is a square (TV or Monitor). Nobody has ever seen a circular TV yet. We live in square/box shaped rooms. In very rare cases you can find rooms of any other shape. Khan-e-Kaba is also a square box shaped building i.e. the most important thing for any Muslim. Everything we store, we store in boxes rather than round structures, triangles etc. Medicines, jewellery, and every other thing in another box. Kitchen cabinets, microwaves, photographs are also mostly square. I wonder how many boxes are there all around us. Even when a person dies, he is buried in a box kind of place in the ground that is a grave. It proves that boxes and square are more important to men than circles and round bodies…. What do you say????

Finding a Life Partner....

When we look for a soul mate, we look for a person who is perfect in every way. Good looking, nice attitude, financially strong and all. The criteria and process of choosing the spouse becomes more complicated when one knows that he himself is good looking with a financially secured future and all the other attractive attributes. But it’s not the right approach. We only think about our needs, our requirements but never think what we can give. How can we support the other person with our strengths?

If you look for a perfect person and find him then it means that there is no challenge in life and then it means that you don’t love the person, you love his/her perfection. There is nothing special in marrying a successful person. Success lies in when you become the cause of your partner’s success.

Truth is that you cannot find a perfect person. So many marriages fail just because the selected person turns out to show some short comings, some imperfections after getting into marriage. The expectations are not fulfilled and you are left with a broken marriage.

But when you think that you have to support the person you have selected to spend the rest of the life with him just because the love you share and without any greed, judgments and criteria. Then there is only love. Love, which is above everything. When you truly love someone you don’t judge him. Instead you try to support your partner in things that he lacks. This is love and this is marriage. A very cute and sweet relationship between two people in which they compliment each others shortcomings by their strengths. Lovely! It completes you. Now I understand that why life partners are called your better half!!!

Puzzles Resovled....

Life is like a puzzle. Each day you uncover something new about your past. We usually regret on our past, the decisions that we have taken, the choices we have made but as time passes it proves that whatever happened, was happened for the best and it was meant to be like that! And you feel like it was pre-written. No matter how much you plan, things happen as they have to.

When I will be older, I hope that I would be successful in solving all the puzzles of my life. I would know those things too that I still wonder that why they were happened to me!!!
